SMS privacy policy

This policy covers the text messages sent by Ringenious Solutions (Ringenious Solutions LLC, which operates BookMarvels) to people who book with it, and the information used to send them.

What we collect

Your name and mobile number, the appointments you book, the messages we send you and your replies, and a record of each consent: when, where (online, by keyword, in the shop) and the exact words you were shown or sent.

How we use it

To send messages about your own appointments (confirmations, reminders, changes, cancellations) if you agreed to them, and to answer messages you send us. If, and only if, you separately opt in to offers, we also send occasional offers, about 4 a month, between 9 am and 8 pm in your local time. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of booking or of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number and messages only with the providers that deliver them (Twilio and the mobile carriers), for that purpose only.

Keeping it

We keep your number, message history and consent records while you are a client, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

Reply STOP to stop all texts at any time, START to get appointment texts again, and HELP for help. To see, correct or delete your information, email support@bookmarvels.com.
