Add your treatment rooms, couples suite and machines as resources, and tag each service with what it needs. A time is offered only when the therapist and every room or machine are free. This is checked on every booking, move, walk-in and waitlist claim.

Couples and groups
Clients can book for 2 to 4 guests at the same time. Each guest picks their own treatment and add-ons, with a therapist each and one room for the group or one room per guest.

Provider preference
Clients can choose any available, a specific provider, or prefer female or male. When nobody matches that day, they see who is free and are told why.
Policies for each service
Cancellation window, late-cancel and no-show fees, and deposits for each service, or your business’s defaults. Every fee is listed on the client’s record with the policy that triggered it.
Pre-arrival instructions
“Please arrive 15 minutes early” appears on the confirmation, and a short version is added to the reminder.

When you call a walk-in, BookMarvels picks a free room the same way. The staff screen shows “Room 2”.

Questions
Can two couples be booked into the same couples suite?
No. A room with a capacity of 2 is shared only by the guests of one booking. For anyone else the suite is taken, and a time is offered only when a therapist for each guest and a room that fits everyone are free.
Does clean-up time keep my therapist busy?
No. Clean-up holds the room, not the therapist. Processing time works the same way: while a mask sets or a client rests, the therapist can take the next client in another room, and the room stays held until clean-up is over.
How do add-ons show up in appointment texts?
Each add-on can have a short name of up to 16 characters, and texts use it. Confirmations and reminders name the add-ons by email, and by text when they fit in the same single text.
Who sees a provider’s gender preference?
Only you, when you turn on “Ask clients for provider preference” and mark a provider female or male. Clients can choose any available, a specific provider, or prefer female or male. The marking is never shown on the booking page. The choice is kept on that one appointment, not on the client’s profile.
