Questions
Can a client book a manicure and a pedicure at the same time?
Yes. When a service can run alongside another, the booking page offers “same time, two technicians”, “one after the other” or just the one. Same time finds a start where two qualified technicians are free and books both or neither, with one confirmation and one deposit.
What happens when a client needs a gel removal?
You set the question on the service (for example “Gel removal? 15 min · $10”). If the client says yes, the time and price are added before the service, and the deposit is on the total. Staff can add or remove it at check-in or checkout.
Which languages can clients use?
English, Spanish and Vietnamese: the booking page, the check-in kiosk, the client portal, and appointment texts and emails. You choose which ones to offer; each client's language is remembered.
Do Vietnamese texts cost more?
Vietnamese needs accented characters, so a text is sent as Unicode and usually counts as 2 to 3 segments instead of 1. Spanish texts are written to stay in 1 segment.
