The program

Ringenious Solutions texts: appointment messages (booking confirmations, reminders, changes and cancellations, and replies to messages you send us) and offers for clients who ask for them. You get appointment messages by ticking the box for them when you book online, or by agreeing by phone or in person. You get offers only if you opt in to them separately: the second box when you book online, texting JOIN to +1 (302) 467-2997 and replying YES, or replying YES to our text after asking in the shop. Agreeing to either is not a condition of any purchase. How each works, with screenshots: How clients opt in.

How often

Message frequency varies: appointment messages with your bookings, usually a few per appointment; offers, about 4 messages a month, never two within 48 hours, only between 9 am and 8 pm in your local time.

Message and data rates may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to cancel (CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE work too); you will get one message confirming it and no more after that. Reply START to get appointment texts again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@bookmarvels.com.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
