For brow bars and threading

Booking for brow bars and threading kiosks

Quick visits, a walk-in line, one tap to repeat last time, and a checkout that takes cash first. Built for one threader at a mall kiosk or a full brow bar.

One threader? No “who” step

In single-technician mode the booking page goes straight from the service to the time. The kiosk does the same, and the line is one line.

  • Services in 5-minute steps: upper lip, chin, brows
  • My day shows the whole calendar, checkout included
  • Switch it off when a second technician joins

The mall kiosk

Clients join the line on the tablet, see the wait, and get a text when it's their turn. Regulars type their mobile and tap “Repeat my last service”.

  • A QR code for the line on their own phone too
  • Repeat last time: the service, then join in one tap
  • English, Spanish or Vietnamese on the kiosk

Fast-lane checkout

Cash first, and “same as last time” in one tap: how they paid, the tip, and products at today's prices. A receipt only when asked.

First-visit shaping

“First visit? Shaping · 5 min · $3” asked when they book, with the time and price added.

Packages

5 eyebrow threadings for the price of 4, paid through Clover and used visit by visit.

Tint patch tests

A patch-test consent form for tint and lash services, signed online and renewed every 6 months.

Before and after, shared

A portfolio per technician on the booking page, only with the client's yes.

Reminders that bring them back

Texts with C to confirm and R to reschedule, and “book your next” after each visit.

Questions

I'm the only threader. Do clients still have to pick someone?

No. With single-technician mode on, the booking page and kiosk skip choosing who, the walk-in line is one line, and your My day is the whole calendar. Turn it off when a second technician joins.

How does “Repeat my last service” work?

At the kiosk or on the check-in page, a client types their mobile number. We show their last visit's service (first name only), and one tap puts them in the line.

Can I sell a package of threading visits?

Yes: packages such as 5 visits for the price of 4, paid through Clover and used up visit by visit.

What about tint patch tests?

A “Tint & lash patch test” consent form is added for tint and lash services: allergies, the patch test, a signature, renewed every 6 months.

Run the kiosk from one tablet
