A "Request a quote" form on your booking page brings in the job with photos, the address and good times. Approve a quote and the job is ready to schedule. Its status moves as the work does: scheduled, in progress, done, invoiced, paid.

Which trades is it for?
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, handyman, landscaping and lawn care, and cleaning. Choose yours at sign-up and you start with its services, a price list (labor, trip fees, common materials) and quote templates, all yours to change.
How do quotes with options work?
Add up to three options (good, better, best) and optional items to a quote. The client opens the link, compares them, ticks what they want, signs with their name and pays the deposit if you ask for one. We keep the signature with the time and IP address and a signed PDF on the job, and every version you sent.
Can a client have more than one address?
Yes. Each client can have several properties (a home, a rental, a restaurant) with gate codes, access notes, pets on site and the equipment there. Your team sees those details; the client never does.
Does it work for recurring work like weekly mows?
Yes. Set a job to repeat (every week, every 2 weeks, monthly or quarterly) with an arrival window and who goes. Visits are made 8 weeks ahead and topped up daily; move or skip one without touching the rest, and bill visit by visit.
What does my tech use in the field?
Their phone: today's visits with directions, the gate code and notes, On my way (the client gets a text with the ETA if they agreed to texts), Arrived, Start and Done with times, the checklist, materials used, before and after photos, the client's signature and the pay page. It keeps working with no signal and sends everything when it's back.
Do you have dispatching and route planning?
Yes. The dispatch board shows your techs as rows with a map of the day: drag work from the unscheduled tray onto a tech, move or reassign visits, and every drop is checked for clashes, skills, your service area and the drive from the stop before. "Optimise" reorders a tech's day to drive less while keeping each client's arrival window, and can keep the new order for recurring routes.
Is there a time clock and GPS?
Both, and both are off until you turn them on. Techs clock in and out for the day and each visit, with breaks; you see hours by tech and job, overtime flagged, and labour cost per job. Location is shared every 2 minutes only while a tech is clocked in with the app open, only after they agree to it themselves, and is deleted after 30 days.
Does it connect to QuickBooks?
Yes. Connect QuickBooks Online and your customers, invoices, payments, tips and refunds go over as they happen, mapped to your accounts, with a sync log. Prefer files? Export them for QuickBooks's import.
Is there an AI receptionist?
Coming soon, and off until you turn it on. It answers texts (and calls) to your number after hours from your own hours, services, prices and service area, offers your real times, books them, takes quote requests and hands anything urgent to the person on call. Every AI reply is marked in your inbox and you can take over at any time. It can also draft a quote from a job's photos and your price book for you to check: it never sends one.
Do you help me get found locally?
Yes. Local pages for your trade and the towns you've actually worked in ("Plumber in Dover, DE"), with your services, real Google reviews and a request-a-quote button; you choose which to publish. Quote requests show where they came from (Google, ads, search, social), and review requests go out when a job is done. Missed-call text-back sends one text to a caller you couldn't answer.
Can I sell maintenance plans?
Yes. Service plans bill monthly or yearly on the client's card and include visits (two tune-ups a year, a weekly mow in season): each one lands in your dispatch tray when it's due and the client gets a link to book it. Members get your discount on other work.
