Questions
Can clients pick their stylist?
Yes, or "anyone available". Each person has their own hours and the services they do, and clients only see times that work.
Can I take deposits?
Yes, through Clover or Square: a deposit or card on file for the services you choose, and a no-show fee after your cancellation window.
Is it really free?
Yes, while you take card payments through Clover (with Merchant Marvels) or a Square account set up through BookMarvels. Email reminders are included. Text messages are an add-on: $10 a month with 500 included.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes: your business, your hours, your services (we start you with a typical list you can edit), your team. Your booking page is live as soon as you finish.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own booking page to share on Instagram, Google and Facebook, by text or with a QR code. If you have a website, add a Book now button or embed the booking page.
Can I bring my clients?
Yes: import them from a spreadsheet (CSV) from your old booking system. Nobody is messaged when you import them.
