Can the price depend on the dog's size?
Yes. Each service has a price and a length for each size (extra small to extra large), extra for a heavy or curly coat, and an optional range for matted coats that you finish at drop-off. The booking page asks about the pet first, so clients see their own price and only times that fit.
How do vaccination records work?
Each pet has its records with expiry dates, and a photo or PDF of the record if you have one. Clients upload new records from their account and you accept them. Choose the vaccinations you require; you can block bookings without them, and clients get a reminder 30 and 7 days before one runs out.
Is it really free?
Yes, while you take card payments through Clover (with Merchant Marvels) or a Square account set up through BookMarvels. Email reminders are included. Text messages are an add-on: $10 a month with 500 included.
How long does setup take?
About 10 minutes: your business, your hours, your services (we start you with a typical list you can edit), your team. Your booking page is live as soon as you finish.
Do I need a website?
No. You get your own booking page to share on Instagram, Google and Facebook, by text or with a QR code. If you have a website, add a Book now button or embed the booking page.
Can I bring my clients?
Yes: import them from a spreadsheet (CSV) from your old booking system. Nobody is messaged when you import them.
